As previously having a bad experience buying a car from a different company in the past, I initially felt reluctant at buying another. However, Premier Trade is local to me and I spotted a Mitsubishi at a great price. Jacob greeted me and answered every single question I had about the car without hesitation. I was able to test drive soon after all queries were answered and then we were later able to discuss the process of obtaining finance. Again, this is something that I had initially been wary of due to past experience. Jacob’s person-centred approach gave me the confidence that this was the right choice for me and within just over a week, I had my Mitsubishi. I am so pleased with the service that Jacob provided, he kept me informed every step of the way and I couldn’t recommend him enough if looking for a car. 10/10 service Jacob! I was a bit worried about looking for a car after a not to so good experience with another main dealer with the last car i saw a car at the premier car trade centre that I quite liked went and had a look at the car liked what i saw Went and had a chat with Jacob i took it for a test drive and decided to buy it Jacob was brilliant nothing was to much for him and I was not put under any pressure to buy the car it was a very good experience and wish Jacob and his team all the best for the future.

Great service here, saw a car liked dealt with Eathan. Full info & history, test drove it, didn't feel under any pressure at any time.
